AMST faculty Carmen Lamas won the Latin American Studies Association's Latinx Section's Outstanding Book Award for 2022 for her book, The Latino Continuum and the Nineteenth-Century Americas: Literature, Translation, and Historiography (Oxford University Press, 2021).
